Every BAMBBENO portrait is made to order. Digital files are prepared for online delivery, while printed products are produced only after the artwork is ready.
Digital delivery
The High-Resolution Digital File is available worldwide and does not require physical shipping. Delivery details are sent using the contact information associated with the order.
Printed products
Printed formats are currently available for delivery to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- France
- Poland
- Sweden
Printed shipping is not currently available outside these countries. Customers in Spain and other markets can still order the Digital File option.
Shipping charge
Free Shipping is currently active for printed products delivered to the supported countries above. The available delivery method and any applicable conditions are confirmed at checkout.
Artwork, production and delivery estimates
Personalised orders require artwork preparation before a digital file is delivered or a printed product enters production. Production and carrier times vary by product, destination, order volume and operational conditions.
Any timeframe displayed at checkout or communicated for an order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, weather and carrier disruption can affect delivery.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for eligible printed shipments after dispatch. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Multiple items
Items in the same order can be produced or shipped separately when they use different formats, sizes or production facilities. Separate packages can generate separate tracking updates.
Shipping address
Review the delivery address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. Address changes might not be possible after production or fulfilment has started.
Customs, duties and taxes
Local customs fees, import duties or taxes can apply depending on the destination and checkout configuration. Charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
