A request is not confirmed until BAMBBENO accepts it.
Email the exact requested change with the order number and checkout email. Changes or cancellations might no longer be possible after artwork creation, printing or fulfilment has started.

Identify the replacement image and explain whether the original should be removed entirely.
Personalisation instructions
Write the corrected instruction in full rather than describing only the mistake.
Size or orientation
State the requested format and option exactly as displayed on the product.
Shipping address
Provide the complete corrected address. An address cannot be changed after dispatch.
Cancellation request
Request cancellation immediately. Personalised work already started may affect what can be accepted.
