Artwork preparation
The 1–3 business-day estimate can take longer when a photo is blurry, cropped or low quality, details are missing, clarification is required, or changes are requested before production.
Tracking information
When tracking is available, details are sent after dispatch. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Multiple printed items
Products may ship separately when formats, sizes or production facilities differ. Separate packages can generate more than one tracking update.
Digital and printed together
The digital artwork may arrive separately. The printed item follows the full production and shipping timeline and can ship only to a supported country.
Shipping address accuracy
Use a complete, deliverable address. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses are not BAMBBENO’s responsibility, and reproduction or return costs may apply.
Changes after production
Because printed portraits are personalized and made to order, changes may not be possible once the artwork has entered print production.
Estimates are planned carefully, but some events sit outside production control.

Delays can occur because of high order volume, production delays, carrier delays, customs or local delivery issues, public holidays, weather, or operational disruptions.

Local customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
