Open your customer account.
Review orders associated with your email address. After a printed order is dispatched, use the carrier link supplied in the shipping confirmation.

Tracking appears only after a printed order reaches dispatch and the carrier information becomes available.

Tracking a printed order
When a printed portrait is dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email where tracking is available.
If you have not received an expected dispatch update, contact order@bambbeno.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Digital orders
Digital File orders are delivered online and do not have a parcel tracking number.
