At BAMBBENO, every story is created especially for one child. Each personalized book is carefully crafted using the information, preferences, and images you provide, making every order unique.

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, they cannot be resold or reused. This policy explains when cancellations, corrections, replacements, and refunds may be available.


1. Personalized Digital Products

All BAMBBENO storybooks are made-to-order personalized digital products.

Each order is individually created based on the personalization details you provide, including names, photos, appearance, interests, and other custom information.

Because every product is uniquely made for one customer, it cannot be returned in the same way as a standard digital download.

All personalized digital products sold by BAMBBENO are considered Final Sale items. Once production has begun, they are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund except in the situations described in this policy or where required by applicable law.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because work has already begun on creating your personalized product.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.


3. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

You may qualify for a full or partial refund if:

  • We are unable to deliver your purchased product.

  • You receive the wrong personalized product due to an error on our part.

  • Your download files are corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • A verified technical issue on our side prevents us from completing your order.

  • We are unable to resolve a confirmed production or technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome.


4. Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds cannot be provided if:

  • You change your mind after production has started.

  • You entered incorrect names, spellings, ages, photos, or other personalization details during checkout.

  • The uploaded photo is blurry, low quality, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for personalization.

  • You expected a different artistic style or creative interpretation.

  • The finished story accurately reflects the information you submitted.

  • You no longer wish to use the product after it has been delivered.

  • Your device does not support standard PDF viewing software.

  • You accidentally purchased the product after production has started.


5. Free Corrections

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If an error was caused by BAMBBENO, we will correct it free of charge.

Examples include:

  • Misspelled names caused during production.

  • Incorrect personalization.

  • Missing pages.

  • Broken download links.

  • Layout or formatting errors.

  • Technical export issues.

If changes are requested because incorrect information was submitted during checkout, additional editing fees may apply depending on the requested revisions.


6. Photo Quality

The quality of personalized illustrations depends greatly on the quality of the photos you provide.

If an uploaded image is unsuitable, we may:

  • Request a replacement image.

  • Ask for additional clarification.

  • Pause production until suitable materials are received.

BAMBBENO is not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality, inaccurate, or incomplete customer uploads.


7. Digital Delivery

Our products are delivered electronically.

Once your personalized files have been successfully delivered and made accessible, your order is considered fulfilled.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive your download.


8. Future Printed Products

If BAMBBENO offers printed books in the future, a separate policy may apply to physical products.

Printed personalized products may be eligible for replacement only if they:

  • Arrive damaged.

  • Contain manufacturing defects.

  • Contain personalization errors caused by BAMBBENO.


9. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through replacements, corrections, or technical assistance.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, suspension of future purchases, or other actions permitted by applicable law.


10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5 business days.

  • The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • BAMBBENO is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or payment providers.


11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.

Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
