Every BAMBBENO product is created specifically for each customer after an order has been placed.

Unlike standard digital downloads, our personalized products require time to:

  • Review your order details

  • Process personalization information

  • Create custom illustrations and story elements

  • Perform quality checks

  • Prepare your final files for delivery

Production begins only after your order has been successfully received and payment has been confirmed.

2. Digital Delivery

Most BAMBBENO products are delivered digitally.

Once your personalized product is ready, you will receive:

  • A download link via email, and/or

  • Access through your customer account (where available).

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

If you do not receive your order, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting our support team.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated production and delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Verification of submitted information

  • Technical maintenance

If you experience any problems accessing your digital files, such as:

please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

7. Future Printed Products

If BAMBBENO offers printed books in the future, this policy will also apply to physical deliveries.

Printed orders may include:

  • Local delivery services

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for printed products will be displayed during checkout.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
