BAMBBENO operates an online store providing personalised artwork created from customer-supplied photographs, selections and instructions.

Available products may include digital artwork, posters, framed prints, canvas products and framed canvas products.

Product availability, size, format, price, delivery destination and production information shown on the product page and during checkout apply to the individual order.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the BAMBBENO website, business name, logos, graphics, layouts, designs, written content, product presentation, templates and other underlying creative material are owned by BAMBBENO LTD, used under licence or used with permission.

Nothing on the website grants a right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit BAMBBENO material without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

4. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of original photographs and other original content they submit.

By submitting content, the customer grants BAMBBENO and the providers reasonably needed for fulfilment a limited licence to receive, store, review, edit and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Create and revise the requested artwork
• Prepare and send a proof
• Produce and deliver the selected product
• Provide customer support
• Correct errors or investigate quality issues
• Meet security, fraud-prevention and legal obligations

This order licence does not provide permission for public advertising or portfolio use. Public marketing use requires separate permission.

5. Private and Commercial Use

Unless BAMBBENO agrees otherwise in writing, finished artwork is supplied for private, personal and non-commercial use.

A customer may print a purchased digital file for personal use but may not resell, license, mass-produce or commercially exploit the artwork without written permission.

6. Accuracy and Availability

BAMBBENO aims to keep website information accurate and the store available.

Website access, product availability, production capacity, pricing or information may occasionally be interrupted, corrected or updated.

BAMBBENO may correct an obvious error before accepting an order. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
