Order journey

What each stage means.

Tracking appears only after a printed order reaches dispatch and the carrier information becomes available.

  1. 01Confirmed

    Order received

    An order confirmation is sent to the checkout email.

  2. 02Artwork

    Portrait preparation

    The submitted photo and details are being processed.

  3. 03Production

    Print preparation

    The approved printed order moves into production.

  4. 04Dispatched

    Carrier tracking

    The dispatch email contains tracking where available.

Suivi d’une commande imprimée

Lorsqu’un portrait imprimé est expédié, utilisez le lien de suivi figurant dans votre e-mail de confirmation d’expédition lorsqu’il est disponible.

Si vous n’avez pas reçu une mise à jour d’expédition attendue, contactez order@bambbeno.com en indiquant votre numéro de commande et l’adresse e-mail utilisée au paiement.

Commandes numériques

Les commandes de Fichier numérique sont livrées en ligne et ne possèdent pas de numéro de suivi de colis.
